Makéda Wilson is a London-based Naturopathic Herbalist and Colon Hydrotherapist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals reconnect with their body’s natural ability to heal. Through her holistic approach, she supports clients with a wide range of chronic health issues, including digestive imbalance, hormonal dysregulation, anxiety, fatigue, and skin problems.

Her journey into natural health began with her own personal challenges. As a teenager, Makeda faced debilitating digestive issues and severe acne that conventional medicine failed to resolve. This prompted her to explore herbal and naturopathic approaches—healing experiences that laid the foundation for her life’s work.

Makeda now integrates a number of therapeutic disciplines into her practice, including clinical herbalism, colon hydrotherapy, frequency-based bioenergetic scanning, massage therapy, and aromatherapy. She believes deeply in supporting the whole person—not just treating symptoms—and tailors each wellness program to the unique physical, emotional, and energetic needs of the individual.

One of her signature services is colon hydrotherapy, often enhanced with organic coffee or herbal infusions. This is complemented by gentle abdominal massage and nutritional guidance to support long-term gut health. Her use of AO Scan bioresonance technology allows her to detect imbalances at a subtle, energetic level, offering insights that traditional diagnostics may overlook.
