We're running a Valentine's Pop-Up from 12–14 February with fresh flowers, chocolates, balloons, and ready-made gift bags for every budget. No stress, no overthinking, just pop in, pick something lovely, and you're done.

Important: We're Next Door (Not at the Main Shop)

Here's the bit you need to know so you don't end up at the wrong door.

The pop-up is happening at 132 King St, Hammersmith, that's the space for hire next door to our main shop at 132a King St.

So if you're heading to Health Defence Organics, you're basically there. Just look for 132 King St (the space next door) instead of 132a. We'll have signs up, but wanted to make this crystal clear upfront.

What's at the Pop-Up?

We've put together a really lovely mix of Valentine's treats and gifts. Here's what you'll find:

Fresh Flowers Proper blooms, not wilted supermarket bunches. Perfect for partners, friends, or yourself (why not?).

Balloons Because sometimes a balloon just makes things feel more special. We've got Valentine's-themed ones ready to go.

Trinkets Small thoughtful bits, jewellery, candles, bath treats, and other nice touches that show you've put in effort without going overboard.

Ready-Made Gift Bags This is the real win if you're short on time. We've bundled together gifts at different price points so you can grab something complete and beautiful without having to assemble it yourself.

Why We're Doing This

We wanted to create a space where you can pop in, find something genuinely nice, and get on with your day. No pushy sales, no guilt-tripping, just good options laid out clearly.

And honestly? Some of the best Valentine's gifts aren't even for romantic partners. Treating a friend, your mum, or yourself is just as valid. We see you.

Can't Make It In?

If you're stuck at work, dealing with kids, or just can't face leaving the house, no worries.

The pop-up itself is in-person only at 132 King St, so if you want flowers, balloons, or the ready-made gift bags, you'll need to pop by.

When to Visit

The pop-up runs 12–14 February, so Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Opening hours (this week):

• Thursday: open from 1pm

• Friday:normal hours, closing late at 8pm

• Saturday:normal hours, closing late at 8pm

We're open during normal shop hours outside of the tweaks above, but honestly, the earlier you come, the better the selection. By Saturday afternoon, some of the popular bits might be gone.

If you're planning to pop in on Saturday, maybe come in the morning if you can. It'll be busier later, and you don't want to be stuck queuing when you could be enjoying your day.

Where Exactly Is 132 King St?

Let's make this really clear so nobody gets lost.

They're right next to each other. If you've been to Health Defence Organics before, you already know where you're going, just head to the space next door at 132.

If you're coming from Hammersmith Station, walk down King Street towards Ravenscourt Park. We're on the left-hand side, past the main stretch of chain shops. Look for number 132 (not 132a).

If you're driving, there's pay-and-display parking on King Street and surrounding roads. The nearest car parks are at Livat Hammersmith (formerly Kings Mall) and the multi-storey on Glenthorne Road.

Buses 9, 10, 27, 190, 211, 220, 267, 283, 295, 391, 419, H91, and N9 all stop nearby on King Street.
